HOW CUSTOMIZABLE CAN PRODUCTS BE?
This is your art, it should be as custom and as personal as you want! If you have inspo photos, I will try to make it as close to the must-have elements as I can. And if it's a vision inside your head, I would love to help you make it come to life!!
how long will it take to RECEIVE my art product(s)?
This depends on what type of art you are wanting! This can be discussed before any type of retainer is paid. I would definitely plan for 3-6 weeks, however if you need something ASAP mention that in your initial inquiry!
when should i inquire about an art project?
As early as you can! You don't have to have all the details figured out before we plan. With that being said, I am someone who absolutely waits until the last minute, so I get it if it's needed ASAP. Hopefully we can figure out a time to fit in my schedule, so just let me know!!
what if i need to make any last-minute changes or edits?
As far as edits or changes go, we can make any minor adjustments at the end of the process. For any major changes or additions, there may be added charges to the total balance. This happens when the changes cause any extra hours outside of our contract. Any additional charges will be hourly based, and thoroughly communicated!
